Warranty conditions
You can request warranty repair service if:
✓ Product label, serial number and waterproof mark are not damaged and read clearly;
✓ The product was found to have a factory defect;
✓ The product is purchased on the territory of Georgia;
Note:
× Warranty service does not cover costs related to dismantling / defective product delivery and delivery to the service center;
Warranty repair service does not apply if:
× Damage is caused by uncontrolled external factors, for example: fire, flood;
× Due to unstable power supply ;
× Due to arbitrary collapse or interference in the electronic / software part;
× During mechanical damage to the device;
× In case of violation of the operating conditions specified by the manufacturer;
× The product is damaged due to improper installation;
